Function to share a test survey

We find it hard for a survey to be signed off as we cannot share an online survey test. Could it be possible to have a test survey option within the survey tool? We end up sending a PDF of the survey for the project person to check and sign off.

It would be good to be able to add conditions to individual answer options in the same way that we already can with questions. For example, only showing answer option "1" if the respondent as answered "X" at Q2.
