Ability to protect a project/hub using SSO

It would be useful to have those who can login using Single Sign On automatically be assigned to a group which we could use to protect projects/hubs.

Update paper version of survey

We need to produce a paper copy of a survey for every survey we create, it would be good if we could edit the ones produced in Engagement HQ as at present they are unusable as they produce too many pages and the font is too small
