The change to Granicus for training means new site or project admins have to create a separate Granicus login username/password from the one already created to enable access to our engagement site. This is confusing plus it forces them to navigate all Granicus offerings to find the sessions they need (for us, that is Project Building 101 and Reporting 101 - North America). Make it easier for us to assign or share links to our team members without additional account and navigation via Granicus.
Hi @Guest Unfortunately EngagementHQ and Granicus Training are two very different platform. We are not currently able for to provide a single login for the two.
