Admin Rights on Participant Database

Please can we have similar admin rights for Hub admins in terms of the participant and team databases as we have for project admins. Project admins only get to see those participants and team members that have interacted with their projects, but hub admins see the entire database. This creates a real GDPR issue for us as we cannot allow admins to see the entire database so cannot give hub admin rights to staff, thus creating additional workload for the single site admin.
