Allow archived surveys to be hidden on project page

It would be helpful if we could archive a survey (or any tool) but also hide it from the project page, instead of showing 'This survey has closed.' We use some project pages on an ongoing basis and we do not want a long list of closed surveys on the page. At the moment we are marking them as draft so they don't show, but we would prefer to mark them as archived.
