ability to customise the text in the submission box for questions and stories tools

We often use the questions tool instead of stories as it allows us more flexibility in how we respond to participants' post. Because of this the fact that the questions tool states submit your question here can be confusing for some. We would find it very helpful if we could customise this or even it said something more nondescript such as "type your text here"
