Department of Customer Service NSW mentioned that they would like to use Survey Embeds however their inability to understand where people are completing the survey is stopping them. I was discussing their rental reform survey and said that they could ask Tenancy Union and Real Estate agencies to embed the survey. However, they raised that if there was a skew in results, without them know where it was completed, it could be a political nightmare and some saying that the survey was placed in spaces that allowed one stakeholder to influence the overall results. If there were "collector" tags or a way for the Department to know that they have a code for the tenancy union versus the real estate, they can report on where they came from and what sites collected the data etc. Survey Monkey and those types of programs allow you to create different URLs to the same survey, so you can track if surveys were complete via a certain website, email or social media.
