Ability to follow a Hub

It would be useful if we had an option to follow a Hub. We have some hubs with many projects included but we would like people to follow the overall Hub.

Same project in tow or more different hubs

My NHS ICB client is planning to have 4 different hubs (based on geographical regions). They would like to have an option to include the same project into two or even more different hubs.
