Newsletter tool - lack of metrics

It would be great if we could get more metrics from the newsletter tool. Specifically, we would like to see how people are interacting with our content. What are they clicking though to, etc. A/B testing of subject lines would be great too.

Make newsletter search results default to newest first.

Applies to searching for previous newsletters, could the list return with the newest item first (at the moment it defaults to oldest).
