Allow Hub Admins access to project outwith Hub

We have some staff who are Hub admins but due to the nature of their work, need to create projects that are not linked to their Hub. The system will not allow me to add a Hub admin as a project admin to an individual project outwith the Hub.

Newsletter tool - lack of metrics

It would be great if we could get more metrics from the newsletter tool. Specifically, we would like to see how people are interacting with our content. What are they clicking though to, etc. A/B testing of subject lines would be great too.
